Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and End User License Agreement

This “Agreement” outlines our privacy practices, terms of service, and end-user licensing terms, collectively governing your use of the Empower app. By using the Empower app (“App”) and related Services, you agree to these policies.

Privacy Policy

    • Account Credentials: When creating an account, we collect usernames, passwords, and any additional authentication information necessary for secure login.

Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) and End User License Agreement (EULA)

License to Use.

The Empower app is licensed, not sold. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app solely for personal or authorized business purposes in line with these Terms.

Beta Program and Subscription Transition.

Empower is currently in its beta phase, allowing free access to all features. Once the beta period ends, the app will switch to a subscription model with a monthly fee. We will notify users of the transition, and continued access will require a subscription.

User Obligations.

Users agree to the following:

  • Use the app only for lawful purposes.
  • Avoid modifying, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App.
  • Refrain from exploiting the app for unauthorized commercial purposes.
  • No selling, leasing, or sublicensing the App.

Modifications and Updates.

AAT may update the app periodically, including feature upgrades and bug fixes. These updates may be automatically installed, and continued use indicates acceptance of the updates and any new terms. Users consent to automatic updates by using the app, and updates may include a subscription requirement post-beta.

Service Availability.

AAT aims to provide consistent access to Empower but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary unavailability may occur for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons.

Third-Party Services.

Empower may integrate with third-party services. AAT is not responsible for these services, and users should review third-party terms before engaging.

Disclaimers.

The app is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind regarding functionality, security, or performance. AAT does not guarantee that the app will be error-free or secure from viruses.

Ownership and Intellectual Property.

The Empower app and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. AAT retains all rights, title, and interest in the app, including all intellectual property rights.

Termination.

This EULA remains effective until terminated. AAT may terminate access for policy violations, and users must delete the app upon termination.

Miscellaneous Terms

Changes to Agreement.

AAT reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon posting. Continued app use indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

Limitation of Liability.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AAT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from app use, including data loss or device damage.

Indemnification.

You agree to indemnify AAT from claims or expenses arising from your use of the app, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Dispute Resolution.

Any legal action arising from this document or use of the App will be resolved under California law, in the state or federal courts located in California.
